Important Information About Course Access and Notifications
- After purchasing the course, access will be granted to the email address you used during the purchase process. Please ensure that you provide an email address you can access and want to use for your studies and for receiving notifications related to our website and course program.
Payment Notice:
- If your purchase transaction doesn’t go through, please double-check that all your credit card information, including your billing address, name, and other details, are entered correctly.
- Additionally, please note that sometimes your bank’s credit card system may block a transaction from a new website. If this happens, you may need to call your bank to clear the transaction attempt.
Nagy Orthodontic Academy Course Cancellation Policy:
- All online purchases, all subscription-based services, all Pre-Recorded Online Courses, and all online items sold: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, credits, or transfers for any online course, or purchases of any kind at any time.
- Live Courses and Seminars: To cancel your registration for a live Nagy Orthodontic Academy course, lecture, or event, please submit your request in writing. Cancellations will only be accommodated if the request is made at least 90 days prior to the course start date. Upon cancellation, you will receive a refund minus a $100.00 non-refundable deposit. Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds, credits, or transfers for cancellations made less than 90 days before the course or event start date.
- Consistency and Fairness: To be fair to all of our students and customers, we must adhere to our written policies 100% of the time. Therefore, we will never be able to make any exceptions to any of our written policies.
Please ensure all cancellation requests are submitted in writing to ensure they are processed accordingly. The 90-day cancellation policy applies exclusively to live events and does not apply to pre-recorded online courses.
