Great article showing, that advancing the mandible provides an improved middle airway vs with using a cervical headgear. Not a huge surprise, but it’s nice to have hard evidence. They also showed that, there was an improvement in airway size with mandibular advancement vs with untreated control; so the results are not from natural growth.
