304 Module 4: Treatment in the Early Permanent Dentition, Class II, Transverse Correction, Expanders, Mechanics – Correction of Canine and Molar Relationship and Space Closure – 16CE | $800 Diagnosis & Treatment planning 4: Class II malocclusion, treatment in the early permanent dentition, cross bite, functional shift/forced bite, dental and skeletal RPE-expanders, splint/bonded/acrylic expanders; class II in mixed dentition, its diagnosis and treatment, level and align treatment phase. Cervical head gear, Dolphin software 4. MBT brackets system, 2nd stage of comprehensive treatment – Correction of molar and canine relationships and space closure, mechanics. Read: Chapter 14,15
