1. The Big Picture: Share your goals for the coaching and mentoring with Dr Nagy. If you don’t have specific goals yet, that’s okay. Describe any challenges you’re currently facing. Outline your expectations for our initial meeting.

2. Professional and Business History: Send a brief history of your professional and business life. Include how long you’ve been practicing or owning a practice. Provide historical collections and productions for the past 1-3 years. Discuss the trends of your business, such as growth, stagnation, or decreasing profits. Describe your business setup: fee-for-service, out-of-network, PPO, Medicaid, etc.Remember, all information provided is confidential. 3. Personal Financial and Lifestyle Goals & Debt Information: Outline your personal financial requirements, including your minimum and ideal take-home income. Share any specific lifestyle requirements or goals you have. List all debts, including the interest rate for each, so we can devise a plan to tackle them and build financial freedom. 4. Personal Development Goals: Share personal aspirations or life goals. Identify known hurdles or personal development areas. What is your long-term goal? What outcome would you like to see in your life in 3 years ideally? If you don’t have one, that’s okay.

5. Prepare Specific Questions or Topics: List any specific questions or topics to be discussed during the call.

6. Mindset Preparation: Approach the session with an open and eager-to-learn mindset. Please rest assured that all topics and details discussed will be kept strictly confidential, ensuring a safe and trusting environment. 7. Technical Setup: Ensure a stable internet connection for online calls. Test audio and video equipment beforehand. 8. Privacy and Distraction-Free Environment: Arrange to be in a quiet, private space for the duration of the call. 9. Post-Call Action Plan: Be prepared for discussing follow-up steps post the initial call. Responses and plans will be kept confidential.
